 Living for Livi Running Festival

 2017

A Race for Mase

Meet Mason

Our Story

The Living for Livi Running Festival began as a hope for Olivia and the Blair family to find financial comfort while Olivia was faced with the ultimate fight - cancer.  Cancer treatment as well as doctor visits and at home care took a toll on the family.  The Living for Livi Running Festival was able to provide over $25,000 over the last two years to the Blair family.  This story has a happy ending, but our story hasn't ended.  Olivia was able to show cancer who was boss, and has finished her treatment. To honor her courageous battle, and to continue helping families with children that have severe medical needs, we are going to honor a new family each year in Olivia's name.  The 2016 Living for Livi Honoree was Alyssa Marple. The Living for Livi Running Festival raised 10,000 for the Marple Family!!

This year the 2017 Livng for Livi Running Festival will be co named, A Race for Mase. Mason Howell is an 11 year old boy who is in the 7th grade at North Harford Middle school in Harford County Maryland. In kindergarten, Mason was diagnosed with the life changing diagnosis of ALL or, Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Mason under went treatment and came out on top!  Now at the age of 11, Mason finds himself in a battle against cancer yet again.  Once again Mason has undergone the gruling treamtment process to be sure he kicks cancer for the 2nd and final time!. This has been a long road for the Howell family, but they have been blessed with a very happy, and full of life fighter, which is why we have chosen him to be our 2nd Livng for Livi honoree.  All donations and fundraising funds will be donated directly to the Howell family to help them pay for the cost of treatments and hospital care.

Please join us in our journey - Thank you for your time and support!
